Peran dan tanggung jawab :

CITY COORDINATOR

Peran dan tanggung jawab :

  • Advokasi ke sekolah untuk mempromosikan Anak Bangsa Siap Berkarya (ABSB) Program
  • Set pelatihan jadwal dengan sekolah dan mitra lokal
  • Bekerja sama dengan Pelatih untuk memastikan kualitas bahan pelatihan dan kuantitas untuk distribusi
  • Laporan untuk Proyek Pengawas & Project Team Leader Program ABSB
  • Bekerja sama dengan mitra LSM lokal untuk melakukan pelatihan bagi siswa
  • Membangun komunikasi mingguan dan pelaporan dengan mitra lokal NGO

Kualifikasi :

  • Pengalaman dalam manajemen proyek adalah aset yang kuat
  • Pengalaman dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan aset yang kuat
  • Sarjana lebih diutamakan
  • Menunjukkan perhatian yang baik untuk detail berkaitan dengan analisis dan proyek pelacakan

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING LECTURER

HR OPERATION OFFICER

Job Description :

  • Analyze and review organization policy and ensuring the policy to be in accordance with government regulation
  • Develop and create draft for legal documents, such as : Employee working Contract, MoU, etc.
  • Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze, develop, & implement action plan to maintain a conducive working environment

Job Specification :

  • Hold at least a Bachelor Degree of Law, an addition of Master Degree in HR Management will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in the HR function
  • Sound knowledge of Industrial Relation / Employee Relation and Manpower Regulations

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Job Requirement :

  • Interest in and aptitude for developing social media and content strategy solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a strategist in a creative agency or digital agency environment
  • Possesses understanding of Social advertising campaign management and optimization practices across the biggies, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
  • Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from client’s stated business objectives and implement those plans
  • Displays organizational capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of social advertising campaigns
  • Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams

LOAN OFFICER

Job Description :

  • Menjadi bagian dari ekspansi organisasi dengan tanggung jawab menambah jumlah klien
  • Memberikan konsultasi kepada klien terkait produk Microfinance yang dibutuhkan
  • Menganalisa kondisi dan lingkungan klien untuk pembentukan kelompok penerima kredit

Requirements:

  • Must hold minimum D3 in Electronic
  • Able to repair handphone
  • Preferable with experience of BLK Training
  • Willing to be placed at Jakarta Barat

MECHANICAL TRAINER

Requirements :

  • Must hold minimum SMK Automotive / D3 Automotive
  • Mastering motorbike repairment techniques
  • Preferable has the experience in Automotive field (Two-Wheeled Vehicles)
