Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the department/division.
  • Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
  • Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.
  • Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.

HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

HC LEARNING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
  • Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training
  • Feedback on and input into course material and design
  • Management of the training budget
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with internal clients

RWAP TECHNICAL TRAINER

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials based on competency standards required by the company or industry.
  • Conduct training trials.
  • Ensure training materials can be delivered correctly in accordance with the objective/purpose to be achieved from the participants of the training.
  • Conduct review and evaluation of training materials and implementation.
  • Coordinate with companies or industries related to the development of training materials.
  • Become a master trainer during training.
  • Working closely with the RWAP Project team.
  • Provide training reports to RWAP management and YCAB
  • Other duties as required to support RWAP and YCAB.

Requirements:

  • Three years or more of professional work experience within education or training fields
  • Experience in module and training development.
  • Experience working with youth workforce development programs preferred o Experience working on USAID or other international donor-funded projects preferred
  • Experience working or willing to relocate to Central Java (local people preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, or similar field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • The candidate must be professionally proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

HEAD OF PROGRAM & DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:

  • Create the program
  • Manage overall program development, aligned with partnership request for proposal and practical for the implementing departments (project & operations), based on needs assessment and lesson learned from Monev
  • Coordinating with the partnership team regarding concept notes and proposals of a program
  • Ensure all proposals are delivered on time
  • Identify other organizations that will be coordinated according to organizational goals (associated with the program catalogue)
  • Create module catalogue (as a reference for the next program)
  • Develop programs/modules about soft skill and healthy lifestyle program

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Strong in basic research and leadership skill
  • Having good knowledge about youth empowerment & proposal development
  • Expert in education development and intervention especially in the youth age range
