LOAN OFFICER

Requirements: 

  • Min. graduate of SMA / SMK, preferably diploma graduates of all majors

Responsibilities:

  • Managing micro loan business activities on a group basis (Grameen system) as well as individuals and orienting to target product sales to clients as well as developing new loan portfolios.

FINANCE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • managing financial and administrative tasks in each unit office such as: making cash transaction records, letter correspondence, documentation and financial reporting (daily, weekly and monthly).

HEAD UNIT

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor/Master degree in all major or related field
  • Preferably experienced working in the field of microfinance at least 1 years as a leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strategy and monitoring the performance of loan officers in an effort to achieve the sales target and to control the operational activities of the unit’s office in order to optimize product and collection marketing activities.

HEAD OF BRANCH

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing & monitoring all operational activities in the field include personnel recruitment, unit arrangement in branches, fulfillment of business plan targets and acting as a representative of the organization at the branch level.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor/Master degree in finance/business or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience including public accounting, fund accounting, and investment operations experience in the fixed income or alternative asset management space, including closed-end and/or open-ended structures.
  • Strong finance, accounting and investment operations skills, including system/technology skills and proficient to excellent in– Microsoft© Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, providing oversight and fulfilling program budget allocations to support the advancement management, planning and analysis related to the annual operating budget, participating in the development of the division’s multi-year budget plans, conducting training sessions for program directors who manage budgets within the division, monitoring all division budgets and developing meaningful financial reports and analyses to enable the advancement management to manage budget strategically.

HR & GA COORDINATOR (Jabodetabek & Jawa Barat)

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Working with regional and branch heads to develop and implement programs and solutions that support the achievement of PMV objectives through the HR & GA spectrum, including: recruitment, selection, training, employee relationship management, talent management, employee performance measurement and employee facility management (Office Management).

IT BUSINESS PARTNER

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor/Master degree in IT major or related field
  • Preferably experienced working in the field of microfinance at least 2 years as a IT Analyst.
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications

Responsibilities:

  • Working with heads of divisions to develop and implement programs, processes and solutions that support the achievement of PMV objectives through the IT spectrum, including: business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the links between external IT support and end-users, as well perform general administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization’s information technology systems and networks.

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor/Master degree in IT major or related field
  • Preferably experienced working in the project management, especially in social intervention program, at least 2 years.
  • Solid knowledge of project management and social intervention (methods & systems).
  • Have ability to deliver the required outputs and outcomes of a project implementation plan independently within time and budget and formulate solutions to challenges

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall development and communications towards strategy to reach funding and branding target of YCAB Foundation. Develop and implement an integrated organization ¬wide strategy related to getting the right funds with a balanced portfolio, partner with the right organization, and build awareness to the right segment. The primary focus will be to develop the right strategy to increase unrestricted funding that include international grant, crowdfunding / individual donations, and corporate donations. To build YCAB awareness in the conventional media, and digital media to tap the right audiences that may include corporates, donors, volunteers, etc. Work with the board and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategic & planning of procurement YCAB group. Ensure the availability of goods and services in YCAB group. For General Affair YCAB group, he/she manage inventory and logistics that support the procurement of goods. He/she will work with procurement and GA team to ensure to provide the best service for internal customer at YCAB Group.

HEAD OF CORPORATE SECRETARY & LEGAL

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Expert in Agreement (drafting-reviewing-negotiating), Permit/ License.
  • Familiar with Corporate Secretary matters (Annual Report, Bappepam/ IDX reporting).
  • Having good knowledge about Law Regulation in Indonesia.
