More than 2.8 million youths received soft skill trainings; 63% reduction in the intention to engage in risky behaviour
Our peer-to-peer programs provide education on healthy lifestyles and life skills training in school. Youth are encouraged to engage in positive activities. The program helps youth to make better decisions so they can achieve a new lifestyle attitude.
More than 48,000 youths continued their education, more than 34,000 are certified.
The first Rumah Belajar Learning Center was established in 2003 to provide education for underprivileged and dropout youth. We now have 42 Learning Center in 15 provinces in Indonesia, aside of YCAB’s international programs that have been implemented in 6 countries. Furthermore, various vocational and soft skills programs are made available to suitably equip youth towards work readiness for a better future.
86% graduates of vocational training gained employment within the first year.
