BAIN came to support YCAB from early 2021 to help with pro bono consultation which aims to enhance YCAB’s strategies to streamline its operations and deepen the integration of its education and economic empowerment programs in order for YCAB to scale, accelerate impact and deliver transformation in the post pandemic era.
Accenture has been a strategic partner for YCAB Foundation in 2014. This partnership is aimed to improve IT strategies of YCAB Foundation to more efficient and effective also relevant to its growth. Since then, Accenture also came to support some of YCAB’s education program such as Pack & Go which is a mobile-classroom themed program that gives computer literacy and soft skills within the low income Jakarta areas with limited infrastructure.
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) a top global management consulting firm with clients from variety of sectors. BCG became a partner in 2012, and aimed in finding solutions to streamlining and consolidating the different programs that YCAB offers, developing the timeline for assessing needs and improvements opportunities to increase the efficiency of YCAB programs. In addition to that, BCG helped YCAB to create its impact matrix that really brings focus and clarity to the sustainble change YCAB delivers.

Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth partnered with YCAB Foundation in Mastercard Girls4Tech and DataScience4Kids. These programs are targeted to students and expose them to better career options and improve their lives through raising awareness in STEM.
Standard Chartered Foundation
Together with YCAB Foundation, Standard Chartered Foundation launched the Covid-19 Econonic Recovery Programme, to support young people, particularly women MSME entrepreneurs, to recover from the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. This program is part of Futuremakers, the Standard Chartered Foundation’s global initiative to address inequality by promoting economic inclusion for young people, including those affected by Covid-19.
ORICA
Orica, an Australian-based multinational corporation, partnered with YCAB Foundation in building teachers’ capacity specifically in effective and creative training methods in Rumah Belajar Kupang and upscaling Indonesian women's skills in STEM in Orica Women Engineer.

IMCD
YCAB Foundation and PT IMCD Indonesia launched a collaboration named STEM4Youth which aims to empower the education of YCAB Foundation’s students and inspire them to explore STEM education through the sponsorship of high school education. The outcome is for the students to build connection between their interests and skills with potential STEM careers and receive training on new skills and work readiness.
Centratama Group
Centratama Group is providing support for 70 students of YCAB Foundation to continue their online learning by providing them with learning tablet and Career Day volunteering session.
Chevron
PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia collaborated with YCAB Foundation in volunteering session. Other than that, PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia have also provided a medical equipment supplies warehouse for crisis response to support the Ministry of Health.
OIA
Opportunity International Australia provided life-saving equipment during Covid-19 pandemic in the form of 50 oxygen concentrators to 10 hospitals spread across West Java, East Java, and Bali. In addition to that, OIA was also one of the partners in i-SERVE Vaccine.

PT DOW Indonesia has been a partner to YCAB Foundation in several programs and volunteering activities. One of the latest partnership is Rumah Belajar Batik Samekto Karti, a youth empowerment program caters beneficiaries with mental disability.

Supporting the MSMEs in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic, Google.org launched Rapid, Response, and Recovery Programme led by Youth Business International (YBI) and YCAB Foundation.

In 2019, Garena, DJ Alok and YCAB Foundation launched a partnership which aimed to support teachers and youth and prepare their digital literacy and 21st century skills through Guru Digital and Siswa Digital.

Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (MMI) donated tablets for 22 students of Rumah Belajar Duri Kepa. The recipients of these tablets are MMI-assisted students who have received school fees for the past three years.
