Fullstack Javascript Bootcamp Hacktiv8 Participant: Abdul Mujib Completed The Program With Flying Colors

Posted on April 30, 2021

Abdul Mujib is a graduate of package C Duri Kepa Learning Center 2020. The youngest of 4 siblings has taken interest in coding from a very young age and finally had the opportunity to take part in the Fullstack Javascript (FSJS) Bootcamp Hacktiv8 from November 2020 to March 2021. Prior to this, Abdul participated in the Introduction to Programming program, a collaboration between YCAB and Hacktiv8 and placed 2nd out of 10 participants, which led to his selection to take part in the bootcamp.

At first, Abdul lacked confidence, but throughout the bootcamp he received much encouragement and assurance from the Hacktiv8 mentors that really aided him in his learning process. Abdul studies diligently from 9 am to 6 pm daily, and continue with completing his assignments in the evenings and on weekends. Despite the tight schedule and busyness, Abdul feels motivated and grateful towards YCAB Foundation as he sees this an opportunity to not only learn how to be a good developer and coder, but also as a chance to learn time management, teamwork, and leadership.

Abdul says, “Bootcamp Hacktiv8 extends my knowledge in Javascript and Full-Stack Development, and strengthens my logic. I am very grateful and believe that I will be able to continue to grow and become a professional Full-Stack Developer in the future.”
