Global and National Companies Supported Job Fair 2012

Secretary General of YCAB Foundation dr. Iskandar Irwan Hukom explaining the current unemployment situation in Indonesia. In his opening speech at the Youth Fair 2012, he said that based on the data from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration, unemployment reached about 7.5 million at end January 2012. As such YCAB Foundation hoped that this job fair can create employment opportunities that will improve the unemployment rate. Secretary General of YCAB Foundation dr. The opening ceremony took place at the Seasons City Mall on 29 February 2012. 11 companies participated in the event namely: Blue Bird Group, Domino Pizza, PT Lion Super Indo, Femina Group, Koperasi YCAB Foundation, PT. Mitracomm Eka Sarana, PT Anugerah Tokomoto Indonesia, PT Pazia Pillar Mecycom, PT Bumi Karya Persada, PT Yada Indonesia, dan PT Anugerah Karisma. The participants activities during the free-workshop ladies accessories. Aside from the job fair which were supported by 11 companies in Indonesia, the event also provided several free-workshops related to entrepreneurship, creativity, and Curriculum Vitae (CV) writing. Youth Fair is a program initiated by Hands-on Operation for Entrepreneurship (HOpE) division at YCAB Foundation which focuses on job placement and entrepreneurship.
