Microsoft Asia Pacific Tech4Good Summit at Bintan – Indonesia

Posted on June 14, 2012

Microsoft invited YCAB Foundation for the Microsoft’s 2nd annual Asia Pacific Tech4Good Summit in Bintan Indonesia, that was held on 22-23 May 2012. Tech4Good is about harnessing the power of technology to support nonprofits to achieve transformational change both within organization and in the way organization deliver services to the beneficiaries and constituents. The event will also present the chance to play a critical role in informing Microsoft’s regional technology strategy for the nonprofit sector and will feature specific skill-building sessions lead by professional trainers and by organization peers.
One of the highlights during the event was when YCAB Foundation’s website www.ycabfoundation.org was mentioned as a good example of NGO website by Heather Mansfield Principal Blogger, Nonprofit Tech 2.0, USA during the webinar session on Social Media for Social Good

We've found many of them useful and powerful to collect insights from various stakeholders of our organization."
