Based on need assessment of the YCAB Foundation Strategic Management System Enhancement, Palladium conducted Corporate Social Responsibility program which consisted of 2 main programs. The first program was the Strategy Execution Assessment which provided an overview on how well YCAB did in executing its strategy using the Balanced Scorecard framework. The presentation of the assessment result was held last June.

The second program was the “Refine YCAB’s Strategy Map”. The 3-day workshop to develop a strategy map was held on 12th – 14th of August 2014. On the first day of the workshop, senior management team of YCAB conducted external and internal analysis and revisited the high level strategic directions. On the second and third day, there were more participants involved. Strategy development and validation process was conducted on the second day of the workshop.


The output of the third day of the workshop was refined YCAB’s strategy map with assigned accountability. This new and refined strategy map using the Balanced Scorecard framework was developed to achieve YCAB’s goal in 2020.
