In todays fast paced society, computer skill is a bare minimum skills for almost every job in the market and also means to find a job. We believe that it is extremely beneficial to both the students and businesses in the surrounding areas.

That was the reason YCAB came up with the idea of Pack & Go. The concept of our Pack and Go is simple, this is based on YCAB experience in the field. Along with our work in educating the underprivileged youth in and around Jakarta we found that many of the marginalized schools do not have access to technology such as computers. This puts underprivileged youth at a distinct disadvantage compared to other youth.
The same mission to deliver education has made the connection between YCAB Foundation and United Parcel Services (UPS). Since 2016, YCAB has collaborated with UPS to give basic computer skills for students in Rempoa, South Jakarta.
This place was selected because there are 10 schools within the Rempoa area. Rempoa is situated in a 6 village cluster that has industry and many businesses that are all within easy commuter reach for job seekers. There are approximately 5,000 aged children in the 10-19 year old age range. UPS Pack & Go will target 210 attendees per year. The car facilitates 7 classes, and 1 class will be attended by 10 students.

Last December, some of UPS Management visited Rumah Belajar Cipinang and observed about study process of UPS Pack & Go. They finally can experience and interact with some beneficiaries. That afternoon was fun for both UPS and YCAB. Thank you UPS for extending the goodness!
