YCAB’s efforts in maintaining the quality are reflected in the key performance indicators of each program. Among the indicators are students’ retention rate, periodic impact measurement of each program, the accountability and transparency of both financial performance and programs which have been professionally audited.
Among a very limited number of NGO in Asia, in 2011, YCAB Foundation received the renewal of ISO 9001:2008 for quality management for its work in the areas of healthy lifestyle promotion, education provision for the underprivileged and welfare creation along side of its supporting programs including social research and counseling.
ISO 9001: 2008 was first awarded to YCAB Foundation on 30 December 2008 and it was upgraded in the later years. The United Registrar of Systems renewed the ISO 9001: 2008 for YCAB Foundation as it proved its commitment in maintaining the quality of the programs in accordance with the international standard.
