YCAB spreads its wings Internationally

Posted on December 7, 2012

Ever since YCAB International Inc. was established in 2006 in Atlanta, Georgia USA, YCAB has committed to expand their programs to Least Developed countries. YCAB looks for opportunities and programs that align with the mission of YCAB to empower youth through holistic development program.

For this reason, YCAB seeds programs in a few other countries, partnering with British Council’s Global Changemakers. Through this program, YCAB is able to reach out and empower youths from all over the world. In 2012 alone, YCAB has seeded 3 projects related to education and women empowerment proposed by youths in 3 different countries: South Sudan, Myanmar, and Afghanistan.  (Please refer to the table below to learn more about the projects)

This is just the beginning of YCAB journey to contribute to the society globally. YCAB plans to continue to work closely with British Council in 2013 to bring impact to more youth in other parts of the world.
