Bill’s Reflection

Posted on January 31, 2013

On the 29 of April 2012, a lot of my friends and I went out to help YCAB to take a survey of people’s living condition. Firstly, I should say this community and service is quite different with the other things that I did before. Even though this time all we did was ask them some question, I felt something grew inside me. Jeanne and I were partner up to ask people questions. We started at nine in the morning and finish around noon time. In the hours, we went from one place to another just to ask the people who lives in that area about the poor and low living condition. I have to be honest that the environment of the place isn’t very nice, but I’m sure it is my duty to help YCAB with the survey. During the time when we asked questions, we can gain more relationship and actually know their daily life. Through this Community and service, I had learned something different, which is to be thankful with what I have right now. Through out that day, Jeanne and I finished around 7 surveys and through that, God has let me see the world from different perspective.

"Apart from the free survey software, we also have access to QuestionPro's free survey templates.
We've found many of them useful and powerful to collect insights from various stakeholders of our organization."
