As the Head of Partnership, you’ll be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnerships with organizations, governments, and other stakeholders to help us achieve our goals. HEAD OF PARTNERSHIP
Responsibilities:
- Work with the foundation executive board, and management to develop/refine the vision, goals, and strategy of the organization;
- Build and maintain key partnerships/relationships with external stakeholders that may include corporates executive, international donor organizations, and other organizations that can be beneficial for the funding and/or branding process;
- Lead, provide directions, and ensure alignment of the partnership department;
- Oversee and control the budget utilization of the partnership department;
- Provide updates that include funding pipeline, and schedule of incoming funds, both from corporates as well as international donors;
- Identify potential awards and types of public recognition that YCAB can participate in to build a presence in our targeted segments;
- Coach the partnership department on a regular basis;
- Represent the foundation in relevant external partner events, media interviews, and high-level funding related networking events;
- Seek opportunities for collaboration with relevant partners or other organizations for co-branding, and build unique value proportions to attract donors;
- Conduct a final review of proposals to external partners;
- Review MOUs related to the partnership & communication division;
- Oversee strategic initiatives in the partnership department;
- Support audit activities both internally and externally;
- Review the effectiveness of the partnership department and work together with human capital to plan resources needed;
- Attend and contribute to the strategy review meeting, monthly operational meetings, mid-year, and annual meetings;
- Ensure compliance of the department activities to the applicable government regulation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business;
- Having a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the field of Marketing and CSR work;
- Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in a Leadership or Managerial position;
- Fluent in written and verbal English;
- High Initiative and creativity in creating proposals, and crowdfunding campaigns;
- Have a good understanding of the social and business world, keep up to date with current trends;
- Have a good range of networks.

PARTNERSHIP EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities and develop products in accordance with market needs and also show YCAB differentiation;
- Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions;
- Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with the organization;
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to run programs;
- Create proposals and reports for partners;
- Create events to engage partners and raise funds;
- Develop crowdfunding strategies to create engaging campaigns;
- Develop business development strategy and business development plans with associated targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (essential);
- A minimum of 4 years of proven working experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships (essential);
- Excellent copy and content writing, design, and editing (photo/video/text);
- Highly goal-oriented, high initiative, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Fluent in written and verbal English.

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our growing department as a Finance Controller where you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as implementing and maintaining internal controls.
FINANCE CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Finance and Accounting Department of YCAB Foundation;
- Monitoring financial transactions, accounting, and budgeting operations;
- Overseeing timely financial and tax reports of YCAB Foundation and 3 affiliate companies;
- Providing a timely report to management and developing projection plans for growth;
- Ensuring the foundation’s financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis;
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law, finance, and tax regulation
- Evaluate and manage risk and opportunities;
- Coordinating with internal and external parties for any financial-related information;
- Support FA Department’s training, development, and growth;
- Evaluate Standard Operating Procedures for FA Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance;
- Minimum of 5 (five) years in a managerial position;
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is preferred;
- Showcases growth mindset, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills;
- Possess comprehensive technical skills in accounting, tax, finance, and budgeting.

ACCOUNTING & TAX STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file accounting supporting documents, such as received the voucher, payment voucher, and journal voucher;
- Input journal transactions on accounting software based on supporting documents;
- Prepare and report monthly withholding tax reporting (excluding WHT Art 21);
- Update fixed asset data & input depreciation journal on a monthly basis;
- Extract financial data from accounting software;
- Prepare documents for audit-related purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Economics, majoring in Finance/Accounting;
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as MYOB/Accurate/other relevant software;
- Having at least 1 year of experience in the field of finance/accounting/taxation is an advantage;
- Having a certificate of Brevet A & B is an advantage;
- Team player and have the passion to grow and learn.
