Julianto Sidarto is a retired Managing Director of Accenture, who has served as Country Managing Director of Indonesia, member of Accenture’s ASEAN Leadership Council, and various regional leadership roles.

He has over 26 years of Management Consulting & Operations experience, helping clients define and execute large scale business change.

His client experience includes private and state owned Indonesian companies, global Multinationals, and other Asian companies, and has lived and worked in Indonesia, USA, Germany, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Julianto holds an MBA degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles, California in 1988, a Masters degree in Computer Science and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland in 1984.

He currently serves as senior management advisor/ commissioner at several companies in Indonesia.

Agung Nugroho is a true trailblazer in the world of technology, a mastermind of innovation, and a driving force in the business landscape. Agung’s remarkable career weaves together roles as a tech visionary, a supportive investor, and a builder of successful enterprises, painting a story of bold vision and tangible impact.

Agung’s time as a Senior Director at Grab showcases his expertise in steering a major tech player, leaving a positive mark on its growth story. As CEO and Co-Founder at Kudo, Agung’s leadership fuelled the company’s rise, while his prior role as Co-Founder & COO marked his dedication to innovation and effective operations.

In a brief yet impactful stint as a Summer Associate at Unitus Impact, Agung contributed to positive changes. His time at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant demonstrates his knack for solving complex business puzzles.

Agung’s academic journey includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship – Venture Capital from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, enriching his knowledge in innovation. Participation in the Grab Leadership Executive Education program at Harvard Business School honed his leadership skills. A stop at London Business School added a finance flavour to his learning, and he started his academic journey at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), graduating with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering

Andre Louhanapessy is the Dean of Studies at the University College, The University of Melbourne and has been working in the Tertiary Education Management sector for the past 6 years. Previously, Andre spent 9 years working in the international development field with the United Nations Development Program and with the Church World Service in Indonesia. During his tenure at the United Nations his responsibilities included Head of Peace and Development Cluster for UNDP Bangladesh, Special Assistant to Head of Office (Programme Specialist) for UNDP South Sudan and Deputy Section Head for the Crisis Prevention and Recovery Unit of UNDP Indonesia. Andre’s area of specialization is in the design and the management of programs that focuses on conflict prevention, post conflict and post disaster recovery. He has a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Trisakti University in Indonesia. Andre is a member of School Council for Alamanda College P-9 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Melbourne Girls Grammar School. He is an International Advisory Board Member of the YCAB Foundation.

Janine Teo heads Solve Education!, an education technology not-for-profit with the mission of delivering quality education to everyone, focussing on the BOP (Bottom of Pyramid) demographic.

Janine is a passionate entrepreneur who has founded and sold companies in the technology, beauty and consumer goods industries. On top of her entrepreneurial experience, Janine has also a strong international track record in sales, marketing and revenue management in the corporate world, mostly in the highly competitive hospitality industry. She has worked in 8 different countries, and has trained and supported hotels across almost 100 countries. As an enthusiastic linguist, she is fluent in 5 languages.

Janine’s research paper on Solve Education!: “How gaming, artificial intelligence and big data is changing education” is published in IEEE’s International Conference on Game, Game Art and Gamification 2016. She has also published her research paper in IEEE, ACM and SCS conferences in the field of parallel simulation.

Education is the key to solve the many challenges we face in the world today, and because of this, Janine is an avid speaker on topics like education, edtech, and poverty alleviation.

She is born and raised in Singapore, and has a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Desra Percaya is an Indonesian diplomat and currently Director General for Asia, the Pacific and Africa at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Desra Percaya was appointed ambassador and permanent representative of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations in New York in February 2012. He was elected chair of the United Nations First Committee (Disarmament and International Security) on 4 September 2013. Also served as Vice-President of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), Co-facilitator on human rights treaty bodies, Chairman of the NAM Working Group on Disarmament, vice-chair of the UN Committee on the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, and vice-chair of the UN Committee on Decolonization.

Percaya was previously Indonesia’s permanent deputy representative to the UN in Geneva, Switzerland. Before this he was Director of International Security and Disarmament in the Directorate of Multilateral Affairs in Jakarta between 2007 and 2009. He first joined Indonesia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1986.

Percaya received a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Airlangga University in Surabaya, Indonesia. He was awarded a master’s degree in International Studies (Diplomacy) in 1995 by Birmingham University . He completed his PhD at Durham University . He was awarded the honorary degree of the Doctor of the University (DUniv) by the University of Birmingham in 2014.

Dr. Sandro Calvani is a Senior Adviser on Strategic Planning at the Mae Fah Luang Foundation in Thailand and a faculty member at Webster University, teaching humanitarian issues in international affairs. He served as Director General of UNICRI from 2007 to 2010 and held several leadership roles within UNODC across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia. He was also the founding director of WHO’s Pan-African Centre for Humanitarian Aid and held key roles in Caritas Italy and international development forums.

With experience in 135 countries, Dr. Calvani has authored 20 books and over 600 articles on sustainable development, humanitarian aid, and human security. He has been a visiting scholar at institutions like Harvard, Colorado State University, and Louvain University. Fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French, he is widely recognized for his contributions to global development and humanitarian work.

Michael Ramsden is President of RZIM and one of the founders of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He spent most of his childhood in the Middle East and later moved to the UK, where he worked for the Lord Chancellor’s Department investing funds. Michael went on to teach jurisprudence at the University of Sheffield, whilst doing research in law and economics.

His passion is to engage with people of all backgrounds and cultures about questions of faith, which he has been doing for over twenty years. He speaks in business, academic, political and other settings across the globe, ranging from Europe and the Middle East, to Asia and the Americas. Michael helps oversee the international team of RZIM speakers based in sixteen offices worldwide, and he lives in Oxford with his wife, Anne, and their three children.

Clairine Runtung is a Second-year student at Yale School of Management. Before enrolling at Yale SOM, Clairine worked at Convergence Ventures, a US$50million early-stage venture capital firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Previously, she was a project manager at Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa (YCAB Foundation), an Indonesian-based non-profit organization focusing on education for disadvantaged youth and a management trainee at Franklin Templeton Singapore. Clairine earned a BA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from University of Washington, Seattle. She is passionate about women and youth empowerment, as well as the intersection between technology, social impact and private sectors particularly in the field of consumer products, education, and sustainability.

Devy Suradji is a skilled marketer and passionate social advocate with almost a decade of Marketing & Service experience. Named Indonesia’s Most Prominent PR Person in 2022 by ICONOMICS, Devy Suradji achieved remarkable results, including a significant 80% company profit growth of 2 trillion rupiah in the first year of her tenure as Marketing Director at PT Angkasa Pura, elevating and expanding more than 13 airports in 5 years (2019-2022), and developing lasting hospitality strategies adopted by the Indonesian government.

Through her roles as Advisor for the Minister of Indonesian SOE & Support President Office and as the Coordinator Partnership Srikandi BUMN in 2017, Devy spearheaded the creation of a foundation for SME development programs by SOE (State-Owned Enterprise) companies. Under her guidance, the concept of Rumah BUMN for SMEs received unprecedented support and grew exponentially, with more than 400,000 SMEs benefiting from this initiative in just one year. Devy also created programs for upgrading women-led SMEs in Indonesia and developed a campaign for Srikandi BUMN with international partners such as UN Women. She also campaigned for and successfully enforced the Rightful Workplace Policy initiated by the Minister of SOE in SOEs and their subsidiaries, ensuring a fair and supportive work environment for women.

Devy’s contributions in the conservation sector are also noteworthy, having worked as Marketing and Communication Director for the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Indonesia from 2009-2016. She successfully executed major fundraising campaigns, engaged corporate donors, and developed the strategy for Earth Hour Indonesia, turning it into one of the biggest movements in the world.

Devy Suradji received a Bachelor Degree in Fisheries from Bogor Agricultural University in 1993. She then went on to attain a Masters in Health & Environmental Management, University of New Haven in 1995.
